What CLAIM Offers:

  • Innovative Techno-Methodological Tools: CLAIM provides a state-of-the-art toolkit for analyzing and diagnosing training needs, ensuring alignment between workforce skills and industry demands.
  • Skills-Based CLAIM Model: The CLAIM model identifies and maximizes the value of what individuals know, how they apply their knowledge, and their ability to drive excellence within organizations.
  • AI-Driven HR Solutions: CLAIM helps Human Resources and Vocational Training professionals integrate AI into people management, offering methodologies that enhance talent development and organizational growth.
  • Closing the Skills Gap: By addressing gaps in digital, green, and internationalization skills, CLAIM equips businesses with the tools they need to prepare their workforce for the future.

Through CLAIM, organizations are better prepared to adapt, innovate, and lead in tomorrow’s competitive global environment.

The CLAIM project focuses on three key areas to support workforce development and organizational growth:

  • Recruitment: CLAIM helps organizations attract, identify, engage, and retain top talent, creating a sustainable competitive advantage while preventing brain drain, ensuring businesses thrive in today’s fast-paced environment.
  • Onboarding: CLAIM offers personalized development paths for new hires, aligning their training with their expectations, potential, and career ambitions, ensuring a smooth and successful integration into the organization.
  • Upskilling/Reskilling: CLAIM addresses the challenges of skill obsolescence by equipping employees with the necessary tools and knowledge to enhance their abilities, reducing the risk of them leaving the workforce and keeping them competitive in the job market.

Through these initiatives, the CLAIM Model is set to revolutionize workforce development and help organizations stay ahead in the evolving global landscape.

  • AI-Powered People Management: CLAIM leverages artificial intelligence algorithms to enhance and streamline HR processes, improving decision-making in recruitment, development, and employee engagement.
  • Training Resource Mapping: The model includes a comprehensive mapping of existing training resources to fuel a recommendation system that delivers targeted, personalized learning paths for employees.
  • Open Educational Resources (OER): CLAIM supports the design and development of open educational resources, ensuring accessible and adaptable learning materials for organizations.
  • International Mobility at UNINA: As part of the model, international mobility at the University of Naples (UNINA) provides critical learning opportunities, equipping participants with the skills to apply AI in key HR processes like recruitment, upskilling, and onboarding.
  • SME-Focused Testing: CLAIM is tested on a panel of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across partner countries, helping these businesses identify training needs, anticipate future trends, and achieve digital, ecological, and international readiness.
