📅 HAU Workshop: Engaging Feedback on CLAIM Model from Greek Professionals 🇬🇷

On May 16, 2024, a dynamic workshop was held at HAU with an equal representation of HR professionals and trainers from various sectors, including banking, insurance, manufacturing, and car rentals. Participants provided valuable insights into the CLAIM model, expressing strong interest in its potential for skills gap analysis and training.

While feedback on the DigComp and Soft Skills questions was positive, they suggested adjustments to the GreenComp section to better reflect professional needs. Participants also recommended simplifying certain questions for clarity.
