On May 24, 2024, PIMEC hosted a workshop with key representatives from micro and SMEs, focusing on digitization, sustainability, and AI-driven training. Participants, including business leaders and HR professionals, showed great interest in the CLAIM model as a tool for enhancing training and skills development. While feedback was positive, attendees emphasized the importance of ensuring the model reflects the realities of SMEs and is aligned with their specific needs.
