On May 21, 2024, HR professionals and VET experts gathered in Slovenia to discuss and validate the CLAIM model. The group, composed of 11 professionals from both sectors, unanimously agreed on the potential of CLAIM as a valuable tool for SMEs. They emphasized its ability to provide immediate, relevant training to keep staff updated and skilled in a fast-evolving environment.
