- Comprehensive Skills Evaluation: TaiLent allows for in-depth analysis and evaluation of digital (based on the European Framework DigComp), green (GreenComp), and entrepreneurial (EntreComp) skills. Users can detect skill gaps across four proficiency levels: basic, intermediate, advanced, and highly specialized.
- Soft Skills Assessment: The platform also evaluates critical soft skills, including “Negotiation,” “Communication,” “Collaboration,” “Time Management,” “Project Management,” and “Goal Orientation,” identifying gaps at different proficiency levels to guide development efforts.
- Personalized Learning Recommendations: TaiLent supports continuous training by providing tailored recommendations based on identified skill gaps. The system suggests self-learning content available via e-learning, both free and paid, as well as curated online resources, categorized by thematic areas to help individuals improve their skills.
- Custom Training Course Design: The platform enables the creation of customized training programs, delivered in-person or through experiential learning. These may include coaching activities, project work, and other innovative teaching methods to address specific learning needs.
