C.L.A.I.M. – Artificial Intelligence for Competences and Learning

The CLAIM project is dedicated to bridging the gap between the skills needed by modern production systems and those currently offered by educational institutions.

Vision: The goal is to create a seamless alignment between training and industry requirements, empowering individuals and organizations to achieve excellence.

  • Innovative Techno-Methodological Toolkit: CLAIM provides an advanced set of tools designed for the analysis and precise identification of training needs. This skill-based model highlights and leverages existing knowledge and capabilities, showcasing what employees know, how tasks are performed, and their path to mastering excellence.
  • Support for Human Resources & Vocational Training: CLAIM introduces cutting-edge methodologies to equip HR professionals and training specialists with the insights and skills needed to harness AI for improved people management and talent development.
  • Addressing Skill Mismatches: CLAIM’s resources help organizations reduce mismatches in essential digital, environmental, and internationalization skills, focusing on enhancing the compatibility between employee skills and modern working scenarios.

CONFORM S.c.a.r.l. has provided the TaiLent platform for the C.L.A.I.M. project, offering tools to:

Analyse and Evaluate Digital, Green, and Entrepreneurial Skills: Assess the level of digital (European Framework DigComp), green (European Framework GreenComp), and entrepreneurial (European Framework EntreComp) skills, identifying gaps at “basic”, “intermediate”, “advanced”, and “highly specialized” levels.

Assess Soft Skills: Evaluate soft skills such as “Negotiation”, “Communication”, “Collaboration”, “Time Management”, “Project Management”, and “Goal Orientation”, and identify gaps at various levels from “basic” to “highly specialized”.

Support Continuous Training: Offer a “recommendation” system based on detected competency gaps, suggesting both self-learning content available in e-learning formats (free or paid) and curated online resources categorized by thematic areas to enhance skills.

Design Customized Training Programs: Enable the creation of tailored training courses delivered through classroom sessions, experiential learning, coaching, project work, and other innovative teaching methods.
