As part of the CLAIM Project, we are excited to announce the organization of 7 critical focus groups across Italy, Slovenia, Greece, Spain, Poland, and Bulgaria. These workshops will play a vital role in validating the proposed CLAIM model and in gathering crucial insights on the evolving needs in HR and vocational education and training (VET).
💡 The aim? To explore and understand the digital, green, and entrepreneurial skills required for today and tomorrow, so that the final CLAIM model meets the real-world demands of the workforce and education systems.
Each workshop will bring together HR professionals from SMEs—particularly those involved in upskilling, reskilling, and onboarding—as well as VET experts specializing in training design and needs analysis. The diversity of perspectives will ensure that the model we create is not only comprehensive but aligned with the needs of both businesses and educators.
